Yati's Tea -Kaffir Lime & Stevia-
A Cleansing tea that blends Karen's Assam tea with “kaffir lime”, which is rich in vitamins, and "Stevia," a local sacred plant.

Assam tea is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to aid digestion. Yati's tea itself has a different flavor and distinctive bitterness from the Assam teas of Sri Lanka and Northeast India.

It’s refreshing and gentle sour taste from the kaffir lime and the stevia suppresses any bitterness giving a slight sweetness and well-balanced pallet.

Kaffir limes have an antioxidant effect that “prevents rust on the body” and is rich in vitamins (A, B & C).

This assam tea is grown by Karen people in northern Chiang Mai, using organic and environmentally friendly farming techniques.

This assam tea is said to have been planted in Thailand by peddling merchants who came from China 100 years ago.

///Herbs used: Assam tea, Kaffir lime, Stevia leaf
Content: 30g (You can enjoy about 30 cups with a second infusion)
Extraction time: 2-4 minutes
Extraction temperature: Hot water boiled and cooled a little. We suggest 1-2 leaves per cup
Assam is a black tea and contains caffeine.
